Hi I’m Jess,
I’m a life coach, yoga, meditation and mindfulness teacher and guide. I specialise in helping people manage and overcome their stress and anxiety, elevate their minds and live a life more connected to their heart. I’m passionate about helping people feel more grounded and resilient so they can deal with the challenges of life more easily.
In my early twenties, I struggled with stress and anxiety, which led to having insomnia for about 5 years. Through CBT, yoga and mindfulness I managed to overcome these struggles and this set me on a path of transforming my mindset, nervous system and inner world.
Everyday I am committed to raising myself self-awareness, mastering my mind, elevating my thoughts and understanding my body, so I can live a more positive and balanced life.
We are all capable of living the most full and vibrant lives but we all need practices to get us there and keep us there! And this is what I’m passionate about helping you with.
