ELEVATE & ALIGN : A weekend Long Retreat
A RETREAT IN THE WILD LANDS OF SHROPSHIRE
From Friday 7th - Monday 10th March
This weekend-long retreat offers you the opportunity for personal transformation. We’ll explore your wants and desires, uncovering what might be getting in the way of achieving them, or what you need to amplify. Understanding this is key to expanding and growing in a way that feels empowering and aligned with who you are.
While reaching your goals is important, what matters most is the person you become along the way. Some of your desires will be realised, while others may evolve. On this yoga retreat, I will guide you to connect with your inner Durga—the compassionate and fierce warrior goddess. Through deep contemplation and journaling, we’ll access your subconscious mind, and through movement and energy work, we’ll create space in both your body and mind.
You’ll leave feeling more connected to yourself, empowered, and elevated.

What to expect?
A transformative and empowering weekend in a stately home with stunning grounds.
Deep self-reflection guided from a compassionate and loving place.
Energy work through yoga, meditation, breath-work, and sound to help you let go of your stuff, create space and invite in fresh new revitalised energy (prana).
Stunning nature walks and wild swimming in the pond (if you’re brave enough!), and an optional visit to Bishops Castle - a historic market town.
All of your healthy, nutritious and carefully balanced meals are cooked by a professional chef. This includes a large brunch and dinner. We will be serving a vegetarian and vegan menu.

SAT - 1pm - 5pm (ish) - Walking, swimming, massage, reading, relaxing or visit to Bishops Castle.
SUN - 2pm - 4pm Workshop
5.30pm - Dinner
7pm - 9pm - SAT Restorative yoga & Journaling & SUN Sound Bath with Guest Teacher.
9pm - Herbal tea and something sweet.

7am - 8am - Breath-work, meditation, visualisation & contemplation.
8am - 8.30am - Light snacks
8.30am - 10.30am - Vinyasa yoga practice
10.30am - Brunch
12pm - Everyone departs
INVESTMENT
£600 Twin Room Rate
£725 Double Room Rate (Solo Occupancy)
£1,300 Master Bedroom Room Rate for 2 people (Solo Occupancy £1,050)
It’s £200 deposit to secure your place with the balance to be paid by Friday 7th February.
NB: Travel is not included but we’ll organise a group pick up from Craven Arms station at 4.30pm on Friday evening and we’ll leave the house at 12pm on Monday (TBC).

Hi, I’m Jess,
I specialise in helping people who juggle a lot, feel overwhelmed and doubt themselves, find greater balance and self-belief. I help individuals connect to their intuition and get into alignment with themselves so they can show up courageously and authentically. I’m passionate about helping people master their thoughts and get clear on their vision so they can continue to show up as their best selves.
I believe that mastering our thoughts and befriending our inner voice is key to leading a life we want to lead. We are all capable of living the most full and vibrant lives but we all need practices to get us there and keep us there! And this is what I’m here to help you with
