ELEVATE & ALIGN : A weekend Long Retreat

A RETREAT IN THE WILD LANDS OF SHROPSHIRE
From Friday 7th - Monday 10th March

This weekend-long retreat offers you a space for personal insights and deep nourishment.

Together, we’ll slow down, tune into ourselves, and gently listen to the wisdom of our hearts. Through thoughtful reflection, we’ll explore what you truly desire and uncover any patterns or blocks that may be holding you back. You’ll also discover what needs to be nurtured or amplified, helping you grow in a way that feels authentic and aligned with your inner self.

Guided by the energy of your inner Durga—the compassionate and fierce warrior goddess—you’ll journey inward with heartfelt contemplation and journaling. Through nourishing movement and energy work, we’ll create space for clarity and connection in both body and mind.

You’ll leave this retreat feeling deeply connected to your heart, grounded in your truth, and uplifted by the experience.

What to expect?

  • A transformative and nourish weekend in a stately home with stunning grounds.

  • Deep self-reflection guided from a compassionate and loving place.

  • Energy work through yoga, meditation, breath-work, and sound to help you let go of your stuff, create space and invite in fresh new revitalised energy (prana).

  • Stunning nature walks and wild swimming in the pond (if you’re brave enough!), and an optional visit to Bishops Castle - a historic market town.

  • All of your healthy, nutritious and carefully balanced meals are cooked by a professional chef. This includes a large brunch and dinner. We will be serving a vegetarian and vegan menu.

 : Walking, swimming, massage, reading, relaxing or visit to Bishops Castle.

3pm - 4/5pm - Mandala Making & Harmonium

7pm - 9pm - SAT Restorative yoga & Journaling & SUN Sound Bath with Guest Teacher.

9pm - Herbal tea and something sweet.


MON

8am - 8.30am - Light snacks 

8.30am - 10.30am - Vinyasa yoga practice

12pm - Everyone departs

INVESTMENT

£600 Twin Room Rate

£725 Double Room Rate (Solo Occupancy)

It’s £200 deposit to secure your place with the balance to be paid by Friday 7th February.

NB: Travel is not included but we’ll organise a group pick up from Craven Arms station at 4.30pm on Friday evening and we’ll leave the house at 12pm on Monday (TBC).

Hi, I’m Jess,

I specialise in helping people who juggle countless responsibilities, feel overwhelmed, and wrestle with self-doubt find clarity, inner strength, and a greater sense of ease. Through yoga, breathwork, and self-reflection, I guide individuals to reconnect with their intuition, align with their true selves, and move through life with more courage and authenticity.

I believe that understanding how we function—body, mind, and soul—fosters greater self-compassion. By mastering our thoughts, befriending our inner voice, and tuning into the wisdom of the heart, we can create lives that feel grounded, joyful, and expansive.

We all have the capacity to live empowered and loving lives, but we need nourishing practices to help us get there—and stay there. Whether on the mat or off, I’m here to guide you toward this space of connection and ease.
