Hello to everyone in the Bishops Castle community,
I’m running a 90-minute self-reflection and energy clearing workshop, held locally for the very first time. This session offers a gentle yet powerful space to pause, gather your thoughts, and connect more deeply with yourself. Whether you're looking to release what no longer serves you or welcome in new intentions, this is a time to realign and refresh.
Through a blend of modalities, we’ll explore ways to let go of the things we’ve been holding on to and invite in more of what we truly desire. Together, we’ll create a supportive atmosphere where you can reconnect with your body, ground yourself, and open up to your inner wisdom.
There’s something special about coming together in a group. It amplifies the energy, offering a sense of support and making it easier to surrender and truly connect.
Everyone is welcome to this workshop, so please don’t feel like you need to have done something like this before. I know sometimes it can feel a little intimidating to come to something new, but everyone is new 😊.

What does the workshop entail?
You’ll bring the unconscious into the conscious through guided journaling and self-enquiry. This will be sprinkled throughout the workshop.
Journaling
You’ll be guided through various breathing practices with breath holds to help you release anything that feels stuck and to invite a sense of lightness in the mind and body.
Breath-work
You’ll be guided through some gentle movement and light tapping to help you get into your body and shift stagnant energy.
Movement
You’ll be guided through various visualisation or meditation practices to help evoke positive feelings in the body, plant new seeds, or reaffirm things that are already there.
